For what this apartment is at its price point it's not bad. Needs updated cabinets. Again, price point. The staff is friendly and maintenance issues are handled quickly.
This place is a nightmare they tell lies about the ameties they are gone do but it never comes true all they want is money and set stupid rules and adults don't needs to be treated like kids when you're paying rent in a hellhole like this place it really needs upgrades kitchen and bathroom eyesore that's why people are moving out and that's a good thing find something more reasonable price and no bugs or flooding in the upstairs neighbors and stupid people above you up all nite making crazy ass noise the mangers don't do no... read more
Don’t be fooled by the model apartment. These are Small one bed room apartments. The paint jobs are not good at all. They literally have just painted over holes etc that were already there. My stove was too close to the wall and unable to be moved so it hit the wall every time I opened the oven. The AC unit is an old one as well. It is hard to get in contact with staff that will actually help you here. The landlord was difficult to work with and get in contact with at times. The location is great its close to everything, I love the laundry room, but the walls are very thin and I had neighbors who argued every night keeping my son up other than that I loved it there.
I currently live at this property and it is adorable and the manager is great. Very convenient area and pretty laid back. :)
