Edit 04/05/25: I moved out of these terrible apartments a month ago. My health has been so much better! These apartments will slowly kill you with their roach infestation, black mold in the walls and cabinets. The terrible quality of the water. Keep yourself, your friends and family away from Brixton apartments and the staff! They are all liars, just trying to get you to sign a lease and then abandon any responsibility after that. i had a fantastic experience touring this property! The apartments are beautiful, well-designed, and offer a lot of great features. The grounds are clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are truly impressive. Celeste, my representative, was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and so patient with all of my questions. I just had the best experience at this apartment complex, and I have Patricia to thank for it! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make me feel right at home. She took the time to give me a thorough tour of the property, answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. This apt complex is so unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous and the list goes on. The office and maintenance staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. The apts are so old and have major issues that are not being taken care of at all. It's quite disgusting actually. My boyfriend's car has been broken into numerous times, the crime rate is insane in this area, and we did not feel safe at all.
