I've read reviews and seen photos. That's a BIG rat! Whoever runs that apartments really needs to fumigate this complex Schedule day that all pets and tenants are out and this place fumigation. Supply window units to you can replace their AC. Repair plumbing. Property Management needs improved
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I moved in at the end of February, realized a few weeks in that my AC was not working. I have submitted multiple work orders. They sent the on-site maintenance worker out twice, marking the work order as complete every time, despite the issue never being resolved. As of 05/16 my AC has not been fixed. The maintenance told me they would have to order a compressor (when he came mid April), but it has been crickets since then. We are entering dangerous temperatures. My unit is reaching 90°. The worst place i have ever stayed in- when i moved in kitchen had no drawer, water leaking from sink and from pipe under the sink. Paint was all over the floor, toilet would run 24/7 bathroom sink leaked, no smoke alarm, found roaches, the leasing agent Chelsea said she would have everything fixed in a couple days...ha 4 months later still not fixed, then my air conditioner went out. made 4 maintenance request to fix the air, the maintenance crew would say the job was complete lol it never was fixed i went without air for 5... read more

This apt complex is so unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous and the list goes on. The office and maintenance staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. The apts are so old and have major issues that are not being taken care of at all. It's quite disgusting actually. My boyfriend's car has been broken into numerous times, the crime rate is insane in this area, and we did not feel safe at all.
