Amazing Apartments I stopped by to tour an apartment. I was offered refreshments & fresh baked cookies. The apartments are very nice. I like how I could walk to the beach within minutes. The manager actually toured me my new home. She was an absolute doll! Thank you Mandy! I can’t wait to move into BluWater!!
Our Apartment We live in one of the 2 Bedroom apartments, each bedroom has it's own balcony and there is a common balcony off the living room. We have 2 full bathrooms and a Den, washer and dryer in the unit. The main building (which we live in) has a 4 story parking garage. Located in the center of the main building is the pool area. There is a cyber lounge and gym on the first floor and a residents lounge on the third floor. Located in the pool area is an outdoor kitchen with 2 grills.
Bluwater Apartments I moved into these brand new apartments last year. I live a few blocks from the beach, close to the best local coffee shop, and a short drive from downtown and all its trendy, delicious restaurants. My apartment has stainless steel appliances, neutral paint, and beautiful flooring. The administrative staff ensures a safe, comfortable, clean environment, and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
