Things you should know if you are considering Bisby: I moved out early because of unbearable construction noise—daily drilling and vibrations starting at 8:30 AM. It wrecked my sleep and mental health. The construction noise is not only coming from the outside construction site, but also from the rooftop of the building, which was promised to be open for use in October 2024, but was not completed until May 2025. The walls are paper thin, the neighbors are rude and noisy. The management says I should tolerate the noise since we live in community. I moved in October, since then I have been a victim of constant noise coming from my neighbors apartment. Sometimes is talking very loudly but mostly is just playing the piano and singing. This happens all day long. I sent recordings to the management of what I can hear from my bedroom at 2am on a working monday, 4am on a working Thursday, piano frenesí that lasts for hours every single day.... read more
We are loving our stay at the Bisby! Waiting for the roof deck to be ready but so far we have had 0 complaints. Guests have been loving our apartment and it was definitely a good decision to move here. I also view from our balcony are incredible. I get distracted by it sometimes :)
Must be nice waking up at 8am to the sound of construction. Security at the whole Newport promenade is extremely aggressive & rude to people with dogs. I wouldn't live in any Newport buildings even if it was free.
