Living experience was OK When I first moved here there were several car break ins and the leasing office did not notify the residents of the crimes that were taking place so that we could protect ourselves. Additionally, the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night which disturbs the rest of the working residents. People leave dog poop everywhere, sidewalks, street, etc. However, I do like the updates that Berkeley has made to the property & added a gate to the parking garage for security measures. LOVE LOVE LOVE I have lived here for a year and renewed my lease! My home is beautiful, everyone is so nice, and I can get anywhere in the city fast because of the great location. This is a hidden gem in West Midtown for sure!
It's Doable Just as any other complex you can find many things to gripe about when it comes to apartment living. So, keeping in mind that there are many not so great things about this community, it's focus on the good: the location is amazing. You're right at the highway and can be pretty much everywhere (traffic permitting) in 15 minutes. Wal-Mart, Kroger, TJ Maxx, and Starbucks are right behind you. There's a dry cleaners downstairs. Unhappy with this place . No regards for resident safety. All the bad reviews are true. Roaches in my apartment.The pictures are lies. 7year Old appliances. Maintenance confirmed. Doesn’t feel safe.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! They are clearly paying to delete the bad review because I am astonished they have a 5 star rating! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I lived in Berkeley Heights for 2 years and could not wait to leave. There are consistent break-ins in the guest parking area so don't expect to ever bring guests here if they expect safe vehicle parking. In fact, there was one hit that damaged 28 cars! If you want to see water in half of your living room and live with ANTS We have moved in for about half year now and feel really annoyed and regret we chose here. Right after we moved in, even less than 2 months I think, we see our living room and my roommate's bedroom got flooded just because of heavy rain. Nearly half of our living room is in water and we live in 5th floor. Water even come in from the top of the balcony door. It just like it started to rain in your room.
