Bela Springs is by far the best apartment I've ever lived in. I had a great experience here. Some highlights: Units are clean, modern, and new. Common areas are also clean; you will regularly see cleaning staff in the hallways. The gym, court yard, dog run, and community room are great amenities and well taken care of. Overall, nice place to live and I did resign. Things I like: -Access to gym 24/7. Gym is small but has everything you need and a nice barre studio. -Access to 4 grills outside in a nice outdoor area -Surrounding area is nice and safe area. Never felt unsafe walking or running outdoors. Surrounding noise level is pretty low. I don't hear a lot of street noise. -Management is pretty responsive and haven't had any issues since moving in. Absolutely love my beautiful apartment here! Management is super responsive and made it a breeze to move in. We had no trouble deciding to move here after our tour. Place is kept clean and residents are super friendly. Would recommend!

My boyfriend and I recently signed for an apartment at Bela Springs and we had a wonderful experience signing because of Colin Masnica. We had an online tour with Colin and he went above and beyond and made it very easy to decide to rent from Bela Springs!
