Overall, nice place to live and I did resign. Things I like: -Access to gym 24/7. Gym is small but has most things you need and a nice barre studio. -Access to 4 grills outside in a nice outdoor area -Surrounding area is nice and safe area. Never felt unsafe walking or running outdoors. Surrounding noise level is pretty low. I don't hear a lot of street noise. -Management is pretty responsive and haven't had any issues since moving in. This place is great, so many details that make a difference. You can see the careful planning and thoughtful approach to layout and conveniences. We just finished moving in and having a clear place for loading and access to carts made that go smooth. Outlets everywhere too, it's easy to cut corners on them but they were in all the right places. Well done!
Bela Springs is by far the best apartment I've ever lived in. I had a great experience here. Some highlights: Units are clean, modern, and new. Common areas are also clean; you will regularly see cleaning staff in the hallways. The gym, court yard, dog run, and community room are great amenities and well taken care of. Absolutely love my beautiful apartment here! Management is super responsive and made it a breeze to move in. We had no trouble deciding to move here after our tour. Place is kept clean and residents are super friendly. Would recommend!
