The building handyman Ruben is outstanding. She is very polite and respectful. He always goes above and beyond, taking the time to make sure issues are resolved before he leaves. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help are truly appreciated. The rest of the building staff is amazing as well, everyone is friendly, respectful, and very helpful. The only area that could use improvement is the management.

Living at The Beach has been a very positive experience overall. The concierge staff is exceptional, Anne Marie is a pleasure to interact with and consistently handles everything with professionalism and care. The location is great, the amenities are well-maintained, and the management team is generally responsive and helpful. I would recommend The Beach to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Ann-Marie is our favorite!!! She goes above and beyond for each tenant and the building itself. We are so lucky to have her.

Please avoid. Pictured is the pristine condition I left behind when I moved out. I got charged $900+ for additional cleaning and repairs. If you don't want to be charged like I was, walk away from this building.

Very bad experience with security. For the safety of residents and staff, deliveries should be handled in the lobby. The security lady was rude and threw the food in the trash without permission. Safety should always come first, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. I do not recommend this place.
