Please avoid. Pictured is the pristine condition I left behind when I moved out. I got charged $900+ for additional cleaning and repairs. If you don't want to be charged like I was, walk away from this building.
LOUD nonstop construction. Beware if you’re visiting on the weekend, the construction is incredibly loud and nonstop from 9-5, impossible to work from home. Management hasn’t been receptive
1. Leasing agent Jason tried to change start/end dates of lease without my consent, uses abusive language when I caught him. 2. Management is impossible to reach. Reported faulty window, but nobody came to fix. 3. More than once did maintenance try to enter my apartment without my consent/knocking on the door.
Apartments are ok but AC unit sounds like a helicopter taking off. Management are not responsive. Apartment smelled like smoke for months. Dog hairs left for days in the corridor. Then some excessive and fictitious SCAM deductions from our deposit with no communication. Not to mention the continual building work which they finished one building and started another the next day. AVOID THIS PLACE.
Do not choose this apartment, it will charge you a lot when you move out if you ever use the oven. They will charge you an amount more than enough to buy a new one. They refuse to give an explanation of the expense, and you have no choice but let them do that with your security deposit! !! I highly doubt if it’s legal but most of us are busy at work or at school, have to time to sue them. Definitely be careful with this building, it’s not worth it!
