Quiet & clean apartments We have been living here for 10 months now and we love how well kept our complex is. Management does a good job at maintainence calls (ie: broken garbage disposal was fixed within a day). We also love the location of being close to Newport Beach and triangle square but not be overwhelmed with the traffic of tourists. I would give them 5 stars but sometimes management has some favoritism among tenants.
