My son and I have lived here a year and I love my home, the amenities of the property and the sense of urgency from management. As a single mom I found a safe and beautiful community for me and my son. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
My fiance and I had moved in to Avery square over a year ago. When we first toured we were told that the club house was accessible at all times for residents. Later on in the lease we found out that the statement made was not true and only open during 9-5 so it doesn’t allow anyone who works first shift to access the club house. The pool? Poorly done. Edits below... Great for the Area! When it comes to selection in Manheim, your list is short. Kristin has been the life raft keeping the customers happy. I really wish they could find more office employees just like her(clone). Please note, these are new apartments that are still being built and a lot of the property is still under construction. So far, living at Avery Square has been a delight. Wonderfully appointed townhouse and super office staff have made a stressful move so much better than I had even predicted. Maintenance is the best and day-to-day conveniences are plentiful. Close to everything from city life to beautiful parks and recreation facilities. Looking forward to this new chapter and to meeting lots of people who have also recently moved here.
I am a current renter of one of the 3 bedroom townhouses. When I moved into Avery Square obviously everything was brand new. The townhouse is beautiful, very spacious. The first floor has an open floor plan,and 3 spacious bedrooms on the 2nd floor. All this comes with a full basement. The on-site manager, Kristen, is very friendly and easy to work with.
