They try hard but corporate leaves staff with their hands tied. Great amenities. Year round pool and hot tub. Except they closed the pool. I don't believe they wanted to pay for a heater and claimed that it was for environmental reasons, assuming their tenants are dumb enough to believe that. There are other issues too, but I'll let other people review those. DM
