FLEE AND DO NOT RENT HERE. This place used to be a gem under to be living Management. However, since this new management took over the management of this place, it is quickly transforming into a pit of hell. Marijuana smell from neighbor's unit will permeate in your unit at the point to make your life miserable. The marijuana smoker's community is in fast growth in this complex, and the new management do not care. ***Update 3/4/26, see***Since the new management took over and Aimee left, the quality of life in this building has plummeted. • Security & Theft: Response times from management are non-existent, and their negligence has directly led to personal items being stolen. This review is about a property manager not the building. I waited 3 months for service to my mailbox and how to work the multiple apps they have to pay the rent and they got a new girl Raynelle who sat with me for an hour and solved all my issues. Why did it take so long? I'm not happy but i am giving 5 stars to the young lady
Some of these reviews are not for the building. No staff on site, AI interface difficult to work with. Could not handle delaying a showing after my train was delayed by a death on the tracks, ghosted me by the time I showed up. Didn't even follow up. Imo, if you fumble a showing, management issues are a real problem. Check out the discussion on Reddit. Seems accurate. A lot of vacancies... I can see why.
My friend actually lives here and recommended me to take a look at this apartment because it offers great price for what it has to offer. I like how the space is design, really no wasted space and perfect for me to keep my home neat and clean while not sacrificing for comfort. I am going to apply soon and hopefully I can live here.
