The video tour was efficient and professional, with great attention to detail. It made remote review much easier and provided a clear understanding of the property condition and layout. A valuable tool for decision-making.
The application process is incredibly slow here. I gave up after no decision in over 5 weeks (inquired a couple times, only to be told it is still in process). I'm used to 2-3 days turnaround and more transparency. Really poor communication. I'm left wondering if they had any intention of following up, or just took the application fee with no intention of approving or denying. Does not bode well for how quickly (if at all) they address issues and treat their tenants. I'll update the review if I ever hear back from them.
Tried to contact the leasing office after a tour to ask a follow up question and got the runaround from an ai operator. Not a good sign if this is how they are going to treat potental renters much less if you need something on the property.
I visited this property today as a vendor doing a site survey for a utility and I just wanted to say thank you to Maria and Tamara for going above and beyond and helping me find the MPOE closets and showing me the inside of several units.
