I can’t say enough nice things about Foster. He was so helpful. Help me pick the perfect apartment went out of his way to FaceTime me so I can see the apartment because I live in another state. Answered any, and every question had a thorough knowledge and understanding of every aspect of Setting up utilities Wi-Fi, etc. thank you so much Foster!
The staff is awsome, the community is impressive. Fabiola was great! She was very thoughtful as well as thorough with explaining any questions or concerns that I had. This was a great experience 😉
I’ve never lived in an apartment before, but since we’ve moved in, everyone has been just wonderful. Even with some initial challenges causing us to need our carpet replaced, the leasing staff was super communicative, kind and quick to help. If the top tier leasing staff isn’t enough, the MAINTENANCE team is honestly 11/10. John is so sweet and thoughtful. Staff is exceptional. Very accommodating. I had a family emergency and they allowed me to handle everything from a distance. This allow me to move-in without any issues. I want to say thank you.
I signed my lease before viewing the apartment because I trusted and was promised the unit was clean and move in ready. Once the lease it states the carpets need professional cleaning at move out. Not a problem. However, Once I arrived there were two giant stains on the carpet. I took photos and brought it to managements attention, and asked to either have the stains removed or fresh carpet.
