I’ve never lived in an apartment before, but since we’ve moved in, everyone has been just wonderful. Even with some initial challenges causing us to need our carpet replaced, the leasing staff was super communicative, kind and quick to help. If the top tier leasing staff isn’t enough, the MAINTENANCE team is honestly 11/10. John is so sweet and thoughtful. I signed my lease before viewing the apartment because I trusted and was promised the unit was clean and move in ready. Once the lease it states the carpets need professional cleaning at move out. Not a problem. However, Once I arrived there were two giant stains on the carpet. I took photos and brought it to managements attention, and asked to either have the stains removed or fresh carpet. Kudos to the staff here at Arch Street Place. Fabiola's help with viewing the apartments, getting all of the application information taken care of, and the smooth transition of the move, was very much appreciated. She is always helpful in so many ways. Thanks to Foster and Jay for their attention as well. Michael and Chris have given very helpful assistance when needed for my son and me. Thank you all!
Interior design is excellent, appliances dated, administrative staff, some are friendly, and the manager is customer service friendly. Maintenance staff are very friendly and professional while performing repair in a very timely manner. Some pet owners are a little laxed. There is no elevator for the second and third floors . My review is based on my personal experiences. I would stay here again
