The only thing I have to say against the complex Is that the lawn care service puts ruts in the lawn and makes it look terrible around the buildings and sidewalks. Especially behind my Building # 5. As for the Staff and Maintenance their doing a great job.

Lived here 3 years and aside from consistent rent hikes, old washer and dryers and loud noises from the highway, it was a lovely place to live. Maintenance is polite and quick to fix things, office staff was always super helpful and its just a nice apartment.

I’m not sure which experience you’re referring to, but the property management group here at Arbor Knoll are fantastic. They always are very prompt and thorough whenever there’s a maintenance issue.

Grounds are kept clean including snow removable, office personnel are professional, maintenance is knowledgeable and punctual

The area is quiet. The only thing is there is no grace period for rent. Most apartments give tenants 3-5 days. Before late fees
Love the apartment and location. Looking out to the back patio is beautiful with all the trees. However rent had increased dramatically only within a year and we will not be staying as it will be almost 2 grand at this point, and we are not even in Ann arbor.
