I am writing on behalf of a resident at Arbor Court. This is a man who has special needs and is living independently. He moved in when the complex opened in March of 2024. It has been a wonderful home! Management has always been warm and very responsive. Thank you so much Natasha for your professionalism, support and friendship! Good leasing managers are hard to find. That isn’t the case here. I can’t express enough how happy I am with my move to Arbor Court Apartments, and I can only thank Nick for that. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth transition. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. When I had a concern Nick addressed it right away. He has such a genuine soul we need more people like him in the world. Nick is the best leasing manager I hope he stays for years and years to come!

This property has a great leasing manager! Nick has been extremely helpful and responsive. I am really happy and thankful for Nicks time with helping me during the move in process. Plus the units are nice and spacious.

I believe that the management of the apartment makes or breaks you. We previously didn't choose some apartments due to difficult managers. However, Arbor court values its residents and we can see that in its managers. Both managers were very understanding, receptive, and efficient especially Nick. Really appreciate their help.
