Great staff. Tiffany is very efficient and kind. The rest of the people in the office are awesome. Super quick response times, and caring. Highly recommended. The property is nice and modern. It’s a brand new building. Please don’t expect perfection. It’s anticipated that things will happen. And not every tenant or prospective tenants will find perfection. I have been living comfortably in my apartment since I first moved in on February of this year! I first met Jay a very helpful employee there when I was looking for a home to live in. Jay is & has been a wonderful asset to Agave House! Very attentive to your needs & questions always answered with the utmost respect & care! Went to this property to tour… decided to apply onsite, Tiffany was very helpful with the tour and application. Turns out, I’m over income. I will definitely recommend this property to everyone I know, the apartments are BEAUTIFUL, modern and completely updated and NEW! I LOVE Agave House Apartments. The spacious, state of the art, accomodations are beautiful. Top of the line appliances, pool, and the stackable washer/dryer is large enough to do sheets. Tiffany, Ja'Michael, and Amber are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend these apartments.
The apartments are super clean and well put together. It caught me by surprise because I wasn't expecting such a modern look and how spacious it was. As far as the application process I worked with Kelly and she was absolutely amazing !! She made sure she kept in touch and responded in a timely manner with any documents that were needed to get us ready for our brand new home.
