Great location, great property management company My wife and I are moving out of this building after four years. We have loved our time at 640 West--the property managers are responsive, the maintenance crew is awesome, and the location can't be beat. It's close enough to be walkable to both campus and the capital but is still quiet. We highly, highly recommend living here.
Great downtown apartment Great location downtown, right next to the bike path and a mile away from the heart of the city. Storage included and indoor/underground secured parking. Large one bedrooms with great fixtures and cabinets.
