super cool building!! the shared kitchen is so nice. there's also artwork all over the building, it was really clean, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and there was a ton of natural light in the room! i had a great time staying at 3square
cool building. nice upgrades throughout. the shared kitchen has tons if space so if multiple people are trying to use it there is still space to move around.
Apartments are nice and super clean. I have no issues with that at all! My main concern is the management. I found someone to take over my lease (due to me having to move) and they sent in an application and all their paper work. Well it’s about every 5 days one of us will finally get a response back from them and then they will ask for something else or need something else. It’s just really annoying. I have had to call multiple times, multiple times a day and send a dozen emails trying to get someone to get the ball rolling... read more
The property management company is awful, just plain rude. When I was expressing my concern with a payment, the woman on the phone was combative, interrupted me and then hung up on me. When I called back she sent me to voicemail. We went two weeks without internet with no explanation, not good for a student. Their solution was to go elsewhere to use internet. The apartments were suppose to be furnished, upon arrival, just a bed. It took almost 3 weeks to get furniture, with zero compensation. Run as fast as you can... read more
RUN. DO NOT LIVE AT THIS PLACE. This place is absolutely horrendous. Do not get fooled by the pretty pictures they put on the website. If I can move out now I will but they don't allow early termination. Here are some things that I can think of now, I hope they can convince you to stay away from this place: 1. Management is very unresponsive and not helpful whatsoever. They gave me the wrong key to my mailbox at move-in, and it took them A WHOLE MONTH to "find" the correct key.
