I lived here for 2 years and enjoyed my renovated unit—white cabinets, pretty trees outside my window, and nice neighbors. While it’s not in the heart of Uptown, it’s close enough to my favorite spots. That said, I’ve lived in apartments with zero issues—this wasn’t one of them. The garage door and elevator frequently broke, sometimes for days. Packages were stolen. It took weeks to fix my dishwasher, then my washer. My 98-year-old grandmother submitted an application to 2929 Wycliff Cliff. She received assistance with her housing, so the rent needed to be negotiated. The negotiation was completed, but the management team did not have the courtesy to inform my grandmother that they were unwilling to lower the rent to accommodate her housing needs. Loved the layout of the apartments, parking was wonderful and very secure. Loved the lighting within the apartments themselves. Facilities within the community are a great perk. However the price for the units are not comparable to the surrounding area, and lighting within the hallways make for a possible Security risk.
I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a welcoming or well-managed living environment. There are plenty of other places where your concerns will be taken seriously and treated with respect. It's clear that resident satisfaction is not a priority. Unfortunately, new management has had a negative impact on the community.
I have lived here for just over a year now and have genuinely enjoyed it! I feel safe, the price is great, the location is very ideal for me, and everything is well kept and clean. Even with the changes in the last few months I have been very happy with how everything has changed and have appreciated all of the communication!
