I have lived here for just over a year now and have genuinely enjoyed it! I feel safe, the price is great, the location is very ideal for me, and everything is well kept and clean. Even with the changes in the last few months I have been very happy with how everything has changed and have appreciated all of the communication! Loved the layout of the apartments, parking was wonderful and very secure. Loved the lighting within the apartments themselves. Facilities within the community are a great perk. However the price for the units are not comparable to the surrounding area, and lighting within the hallways make for a possible Security risk.

I was debating on moving with all the changes however the new property manager April has been amazing at handling the transition..maintenance staff has always been great. They have had a big impact on my decision to stay. Just wanted to take a moment to give them some recognition!
I am screaming of joy I dodged a bullet moving here. Upon touring my unit was not available.. I was rushed to fill out an application. The apt portal does not work correctly. Leasing agents are not tech savvy, lack customer service, neatness, organization, time management in a ton more. Read my comment refer to others. Save your money go to a better complex like I’m doing.! Good luck 🥰
