You might as well go to the Abbey at Briar Forest then go to these.. if you are looking for something cheap. People will slash your tires, try to shoot themselves and then miss... then the bullet goes through your literal wall and ceiling. Started off fine when I first moved in (go figure) then running into this new staff of people in the office…made it so unstable. Glad I decided not to renew..the previous staff at least answered the damn phone or responded to your emails…That might lighten up your wait time and continuous foot traffic in your office..most of us have simple questions, but I digress.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, apartment staff very rude and they go inside your apartment without your permission as well as add additional fees . You can find better it’s a reason their apartments start at $600. SCAM APARTMENTS .. I’ve caught numerous of things on my camera that this complex does illegally . STAY away not worth the risk !! Started off fine. Well me and my neighbors are close that what happened when we all experience robberies and gun shots all night, it brings the people closer. In the beginning I paid my rent two weeks early and was praised by them all whilst they brought other residents down saying “don’t be like your neighbors they can’t pay” very very nasty behavior. Had to give a star to leave a review but it’s a no. I will not be renewing my lease here. The first year was rocky but I renewed my lease anyway “because moving is tedious” and immediately regretted it after because as soon as I renewed my lease my a/c broke down and no one has tried to do anything to remedy the situation no matter how many maintenance request that I put in.
