Omg I had such an amazing experience walking the property. Frida was very detailed about the doubts I had about the property and she was super friendly and very patient with me. I've been to several walks this week for apartments and this was definitely the easiest one I've been on. Thank you so much Frida, I know I have a lot to think about but you definitely knocked out a couple places I had in mind.
I had a great experience with the costumer service at this apartment complex. The leasing ladies are very kind and helpful. I had the pleasure to get help from Lorena and she was very understanding and honest about everything in this property. Highly recommend checking them out!
First off I wanna start this review with saying that the staff here have horrible communication skills with the exception of Miss Lorena She has been very clear with the instructions that she’s given me with the whole application process and every time I’ve called and spoke to her she has helped me with everything I needed, but unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Miss Frida. I just moved into 2151 Kirkwood Houston, TX. They failed to provide me with a parking permit so they towed my car instead. They lied about not receiving my car insurance which they had since April 15, 2025. On the 22nd and gave me a parking permit after they towed my car. I posted a review about them and their unprofessional, uncouth, childish, and disrespectful nature on Google and the regional manager called me yesterday morning and asked me to take it down. Why?? You might as well go to the Abbey at Briar Forest then go to these.. if you are looking for something cheap. People will slash your tires, try to shoot themselves and then miss... then the bullet goes through your literal wall and ceiling. Which leaves you scared and traumatized, so you end up terminating your entire lease after renewing it. And luckily you did not die.. The people living at the complex are rude for no reason.
