I've been living at 2151 Kirkwood Apartments for a little over half a year now, and I honestly love it here. The property has great amenities — a pool, gym, and on-site laundry — and the maintenance team is always quick to respond and fix any issues. The gated community adds a strong sense of safety, and the surrounding area is quiet and decent. When we first moved in, we were in a tough situation and needed a place immediately. The maintenance team is very friendly; they addressed my request quickly and made an effort to do an excellent job. In the office, Jass, the new manager, is very kind and professional; she answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable while finding a solution to my concerns.
Great Apartments. The apartments are great and spacious. The office staff were very helpful and assisted me with my questions and concerns. Thanks so much Lorena for all of your professional help right after the devastating Hurricane Beryl. I recommend these apartments as they are easily accessible to everything.
I go in for a tour that I set up with one of the managers and upon my arrival the first lady, I speak with basically acts as if she didn’t want to show me a unit and says she doesn’t even remember what units are able to be shown so she’s gonna have someone else show me the unit the very first thing that I’m asked is basically do I have any questions as far as the money or being able to pay the rent Then was told oh you have to make at least three times the rent. This was my first time ever renting an apartment and Lorena made it a seamless and enjoyable process! Lorena has amazing communication skills and is very personable. I really enjoy living here and having access to all the stores around the area! And there is a park less than a five min walk from my apartment which is a huge plus!
