Location and Finishes great, however... There are a lot of pluses: located in the heart of downtown, this project is walkable to many restaurants and the square, the finishes are nice, the views are great. Parking is relatively easy, though its a bit tight in the garage. The one big issue is the balconies facing the lake get overrun with spiders in the summer - yes the views are great, but its a shame I cant open the door without breaking multiple webs and multiple spiders getting inside the apartment.
